  Some advice to the owner... First off, proactively communicate with your customers. People are willing to forgive a lot if they at least know what is going on. Your black hole ordering system is going to kill your business. If you are experiencing growing pains, post on your front page that the average order is taking 2 months to process. At least that way when people order they know what the expectation is on when they will receive it.
  
  You implemented Zendesk. That is great. Now use it. Your quality is great. Your production time and your communication/customer service suck. Also, there is nothing more infuriating then receiving marketing emails from a company when I have already been waiting 6 weeks on a simple order.
