  Our truck was impounded by CHP-Northstar picked it up and took it to their yard. "It was transported via tow truck to Bakersfield". When we went to pick up the truck it had almost 300 miles more on it, tie downs that were in the storage under the back seat were gone and a bag from Sportsmans Warehouse full of brand new fletchings were gone as well. Northstar did NOT write down the mileage on delivery (?) The only explanation offered was "it wasn't us". :(
