  There is no initiative taken, this company does not care for the home or tenant.
  My rental home was “taken over” by this co. And I haven’t been able to get them to do anything!
  
  They rig and try to patch things up rather than fix things. My driveway hasn’t been graded in 2 years, and I had to withhold rent for 3 months to see any repairs when there was a flood last year.
  
  The owner, Joe, is a very forward, controlling man who tries to intimidate and bully the tenants.
  
  When I contacted the home owners, they had NO idea I was having problems, “he made things sound status quo.”
  
  Lies!!
